Join Hobby House Needleworks as we welcome Isi of The Primitive Hare to Rochester! This mid-October, Halloween-themed Weekend Retreat will feature exclusive designs and kit materials from The Primitive Hare along with many fun activities... and of course lots of stitching! The event will include optional activities such as costume competitions and a spooky trip to Power's Farm Market with a hay ride through the Haunted Forest! Included in the event fee will be a variety of meals and a reception at the hotel, Isi's kit along with great swag courtesy of Hobby House Needleworks! We hope you will join us!

REFUND POLICY
Upon registering for this Retreat, we are not able to offer refunds unless another Needleworker fills your seat. This will be done by the Event Organizers only, and no outside transfers of seats can be transacted. Costs are immediately incurred and we need to ensure that these are covered. In addition, a $50USD Service Fee will be deducted from the original Deposit, so the refunded amount will be $150USD. We thank you for your understanding. In addition, attendees who choose to cancel are responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as hotel and transportation. The Event Organizers are not responsible for any cancellation costs incurred with hotels, airlines or other third parties.
